This ticket is for children under 12.
Your ticket includes an exclusive First Look and private ticketed dinner & drinks from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, with passed appetizers and a dinner bar. Select beer, wine, and signature cocktails are included during dinner. At 8:00pm, doors open for ‘Surf Racks and Sunsets’, a free, open to the public, all ages art show with live acoustic performances and a cash bar.
What to expect: Dinner (buffet-style)
The evening starts with passed bites, then moves to a buffet with Japanese-inspired dishes from the garden, grill, and kitchen. The whole menu is gluten-free, and there are plenty of vegetarian options.
Passed appetizers
• Chicken Karaage: crispy Japanese fried chicken with kewpie mayo
• Crispy Brussels Sprouts: glazed with tare and a hint of shichimi spice (vegetarian)
From the garden
• Napa Ginger Slaw: fresh and crunchy, with rice vinegar and sesame (vegetarian)
• House Pickles: daikon and cucumber pickled in-house daily (vegetarian)
Off the grill
• Ranch Beef Skewers: glazed with tare
• Asparagus & Shiitake: robata-grilled with tare and sesame (vegetarian)
Sides
• Garlic Fried Rice: koshihikari rice, garlic butter, egg and salsa macha
• Roasted Japanese Sweet Potato: flaky sea salt, paprika and garlic (vegetarian)
All dishes are gluten-free. Vegetarian dishes are marked.
Drinks: included with your ticket during dinner (6:00pm–8:00pm)
