A beautiful room for workshops, meetups, critiques, and small brand launches. 1, 2, or 3 days a month so your crew has a home in Costa Mesa.

1 day / month $1200 - 8 hours, One room, up to 25 people

2 days / month $2100 - Two 8-hour days (or one 8 + two 4-hour weekday evenings), up to 25 people

3 days / month $2800 - Three 8-hours days; first pick of remaining calendar, up to 25 people

INCLUDED

  • AJcent gallery / studio as-is: tables, chairs, wifi, restroom, basic lighting, art wall lighting. Parking on street only.

  • Complimentary 1 hour coordination with onsite manager to help maximize your studio days

  • You may sell tickets or memberships to your own workshops with no additional costs.

  • Dates locked 30days ahead on a shared calendar. Unused days do not roll unless we cancel on you.

NOT INCLUDED / ADD-ONS

  • Alcohol or full kitchen: Add a BoatCo bar/kitchen package (separately quoted). NO BYOB

  • After 8pm or past 25 people: door person required, billed at cost

  • Extra day on the same month: $1000 if calendar is open

  • You carry event liability insurance. COI due before first day.
